Im Zeitraum 08/22 bis 11/22 suchen wir nette Untermieter:innen für unsere modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit traumhaftem Balkon. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG in einem Zwei-Parteien-Haus. Böden, Türen, Wände und Bäder wurden bei unserem Einzug 2019 komplett renoviert, weshalb sich die Wohnung in einem neuwertigen und modernen Zustand befindet. Neben einem großzügigen Wohnzimmer mit gemütlicher Couch und Essbereich für sechs Personen, gibt es ein Arbeits-/Ankleidezimmer mit zwei Arbeitsplätzen und einem großen Kleiderschrank sowie ein kleineres Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Die Küche mit hochwertigen Elektrogeräten wurde ebenfalls 2019 eingebaut und verfügt über eine weitere kleine Sitzgelegenheit. Außerdem hat man von der Küche sowie vom Schlafzimmer Zutritt zu einem 15 qm großem Balkon. Diese grüne Oase ist ein echtes Highlight der Wohnung und hat uns schon viele schöne Sonnenstunden beschert. Zur Wohnung gehört außerdem ein überdachter Abstellplatz für Fahrräder im Innenhof und eine Waschmaschine im Keller.
Between 08/22 to 11/22 we are subleasing our modern furnished apartment with a fantastic balcony. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a two-party house. Floors, doors, walls and bathrooms were completely renovated when we moved in 2019. Therefore the apartment is in a new and modern condition. In addition to a spacious living room with a comfortable couch and dining area for six people, there is an office room with two workstations and a large wardrobe. Across from this room there is a bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen with high-quality electrical appliances was also installed in 2019 and has another small seating area. In addition, you have access from the kitchen as well as from the bedroom to a 15 sqm balcony. This green oasis is a real highlight of the apartment and has already given us many beautiful hours of sunshine. The apartment also has a covered parking space for bicycles in the courtyard and a washing machine in the basement.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der beliebten "Friedrichstraße" im Zentrum von Bonn. Die Straße besticht durch schöne Altbauten, Gastronomie und Geschäfte und zählt zu den schönsten Straßen von Bonn. Die Haltestellen "Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz", "Friedensplatz" und "Stadthaus" mit Anbindung an nahezu alle Bus- und Bahnlinien sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch der Hauptbahnhof ist nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheken, Ärzte und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Auch der Rhein oder der Hofgarten sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotz zentraler Lage, handelt es sich bei der Friedrichstraße um eine ruhige Gegend in der Innenstadt.

The street is well known for its beautiful old buildings, restaurants and shops and is one of the most beautiful streets in Bonn. The bus and train stops “Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz”, “Friedensplatz” and “Stadthaus” with connections to almost all bus and train lines are reachable in 5 minutes by foot. Also the main train station is only about 10 minutes walk away. There are many shops, pharmacies, doctors and restaurants in the area. The Rhine or the Hofgarten can also be reached in a few minutes on foot. Despite its central location, Friedrichstraße is a quiet and familiar area of Bonn.

Wir hinterlassen euch unsere voll ausgestattete Wohnung inkl. netter Nachbarn. Wenn ihr Nichtraucher ohne Haustiere, ordnungsbewusst und sympathisch seid, freuen wir uns, euch die Wohnung zu zeigen und euch bald kennenzulernen! :-)
For our four month vacation we are looking for nice intermediate subtenants for our beautiful home in Bonn. We leave you our fully equipped apartment incl. nice neighbors. If you are non-smoking, tidy-minded and friendly, we are happy to show you the apartment and get to know you soon! :-)
