ich gehe für 3,5 Monate dienstlich ins Ausland und vermiete daher von Januar bis Mitte April meine Wohnung in der Innenstadt von Braunschweig. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und alles vorhanden was man zum Leben braucht (Küche, Waschmaschiene, Dusche etc.). Ein Park ist gleich vor der Haustür.
Direkt vor der Tür befindet sich ein Stellplatz in sofern benötigt.
Kaution ist 500 EURO.
Die Wohnung kostet warm 600 EURO/Monat (alles inklusive).
Schreib mir einfach ne kurze Mail mit deiner Telefonnummer und ein paar Punkten zu dir und wann du rumkommen möchtest.

Hi everybody
I am going to travel for one month in August and that's why I rent out my 75qm apartement. You'll find everything you need for your everyday life (kitchen, washing machine, shower etc).
The flat is in the city center of Brunswick. Its a 3 minute walk to the next tram station and there are also lots of different supermarkets all around. Organic and normal ones. I also live close to a park and the main train station, where trains leave to all big cities.
The rent is 600 € per month (all inclusive). I would need you to pay a security deposit of 500€, which I will pay you back at the end of your stay.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten:
BIO Laden weniger als 200m Luftlinie entfernt, Edeka ist weniger als 5min Fußweg und es gibt noch weitere in der Innenstadt.
1 min zu Fuß liegt ein der große Bürgerpark. Ideal zum Sport treiben... er leitet einen zu Seen im Süden und enthält ein Bad und eine Strandbar. Bei Joggingstrecken kann ich dich gern beraten :) Ideal aber auch zum Grillen im Sommer oder spazieren gehen.
Des Weiteren ist die Partymeile und eine Menge Bars nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, stören aber in der Nacht nicht.
Die Fußgängerzone ist 3 min Fußweg entfernt.
Es existiert ein Stellplatz genau vor der Tür. Sehr angenehm.
Wenn du Lust hast mal rumzukommen, schreib mir einfach ne Mail und erzähl mir gern ein paar Sätze über dich. Unter der Woche bin ich eigentlich immer irgendwie da und lade dich gern zeitnah ein.
