Hi,
I have a room free from mid of June until the end of September. I have to move to another city with my husband because he gests the job offer. We still have the rent contact until the end of September which we cannot cancel. Therefore, we are looking for subtenant short term 01.07-29.09 or long term tenant from July.
The rent cost includes electricity, water and heating is 600 Eur per month. The apartment size is 55 sq.m. There are two bedroom which u can find a person to share with to reduce your rent cost. One room already has a bed, table. It is furnished kitchen. The apartment is located at Amalienplatz 38114 near univerisity and the city.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Amalienplatz, Nähe weissenros und ist somit in knapp 10 Minuten Fußweg von der Uni aus zu erreichen.
Die Bushaltestelle am Station Amalienplatz ist ca. 4 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung (REWE, KIK, DM, Lidl, Bauhaus, Aldi, Tedox).
Bei Interesse schreibt mir einfach eine Nachricht mit ein paar Worten über euch und eure geplante Wohnsituation (lebenslauf oder vergleichbaren angaben).
Ich kann Ihnen das Video von der Wohnung senden, bevor Sie sich entscheiden zu besuchen. Derzeit bin ich nicht in Braunschweig. Ich kann nur am Wochenende kommen. Der früheste Besuchstermin ist der Dienstag 16.04 abends.
Der Vermieter wird die Kandidaten auswählen.
