Schöne 2 Zimmer Wohnung City Center zur zwischenmiete

Hello;) THIS IS ONLY FOR SOME MONTHS!

I am traveling for longer thats why i am renting my flat during that time first till 15.07.2019 and maybe for more months again if i stay longer, that's why I'm looking for a responsible person or 2 to take care of my flowers also during that time and treat my stuff carefully.
Pls read the text before contacting me and if you like it pls write some informations about yourself including a picture.

I have a quiet, light flat with skyview close Belvedere Palace at Rennweg (easy to reach from airport, train and car). It has 44qm, 1 big room (30qm)and a small (12 qm), the house is typical ancient vienniece style before 2nd worldwar, with high Walls(3,40) cooling down in Summer and you hear nothing. Its has a an artist style. Please notice that I usually live there myself, so you will see my stuff, but you can use my book, tv and having a real feeling of being "at home".

Welcome, you Are in the heart of Vienna in one of the few left typical ancient buildings. I am a very open minded person and I enjoy it to have new guests in my appartment (44qm), when you arrive I will be there, explaining you everything, having a tourist guide from vienna and some viennise surprises for you in the fridge.
I know vienna very well and you can ask me anytime during your stay for insider tips.
I live in that flat and just sometimes rent it and preparing the big room for guests, so you will find not a hotel standard, but a very nice, cozy whole appartment. I will try my Best to make your stay as comfortable as possible for you!

Sleeping sheet and towels will be provided. THE FLAT IS IN THE TOTAL CENTER OF VIENNA!
The big room has enough space for 2 persons . The double bed in the huge living/sleeping room is 1,80 x 2,00 and has a very deluxe matress.
the 2nd small sleeping room has another bed.
