I am looking for someone to sublet my room from the 13th of February to the 31st of March. There is no possibility of obtaining the Anmeldung as the time is very short. I think moving some days before the 13th could be discussed. Staying longer than the 31st of March is still being determined.
The total amount for the entire mentioned rental period is 564 euros. This includes all costs.
The room is small (9 m2) but bright and quiet. The room has a bed, a clothes hanger, a small bookcase and a small chest of drawers that you could use for free. It is not possible to fit a desk/chair. So, if you are searching for a big room, please do not apply.
This room is one of the four rooms in the WG. In addition, the WG has one shared bathroom, a very well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a balcony.
The WG is located 5 minutes walking from the train station, so it is close to everything you might need.
Life in the WG: The current flatmates are Kc (32. Nigeria), Vafa (28. Iran) and Sujatha (36. India). Kc has lived in the apartment for a long time, while Vafa and Sujatha have only since very recently. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. We sometimes do things together like cooking, going out or watching movies on the projector, and there is a weekly cleaning schedule.
