Hallo, ich Reise ab 15. August weg und bleibe bis Ende November raus aus meiner schöner Wohnung im EG.
Die 2Zimmer Wohnung (die von einem Vorhang getrennt ist, also darum nicht für Wg geeignet aber gut für ein Paar z.B) Mit 55 qm (nach Vertrag) besitzt eine Terrasse und liegt in der Römerstr. Ja genau ganz in der Mitte von allen, praktisch zu Fuss alle erreichbar, Rewe weniger als 1Minute, Bahnhof 15 Minuten! Usw.
Die Wohnung hat alles: W LAN, Fest Netz, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Sofa, Schreibtisch, großer Kleiderschrank, Esstisch, usw. Und kostet "all inclusive" (Mitte, Strom, Gas, usw.) nur 650 Euro pro Monat! Außer August, das wäre nur die Hälfte.
Ich möchte auch etwas als Kaution für meine Sachen haben.
Der Vermieter ist schon Bescheid falls etwas an der Zeit passiert.
Bei weiteren Fragen oder Fotos einfach schreiben. Ich könnte auch mit dem Einzugsdatum (Aug/ Sept) flexible sein.
