Aufgrund eine Urlaub möchte ich meine schöne 1 Zimmer Wohnung gerne vom 31.01.2019 bis 31.03.2019 zwischenvermieten.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Mehrparteienhaus im zweite Stock und besteht aus einem ca. 23 qm großen Zimmer sowie einer kleine Küche , Balkon , Bad und Schlaf Zimmer. Die Wohnung wird voll möbliert vermietet ausser Waschmachine.
Zur Ausstattung gehören:
die Zwieschenmieterin kann mein Bett, schreibtisch und alle haushalt für Küche und Bad benutzen und wenige Teil von meine Kleiderschrank.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Findorff in unmittelbarer Nähe zur ÖVB Arena und dem Bahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bank sind in 5 min erreichbar. Bus und Strassenbahn sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Sonstiges
Der DSL Anschluss kann auf Anfrage für die Zeit übernommen werden.

The reason why I look for tenant for short term from 31.01.2019 till 31.03.2019 is because I will go for holiday for two months.
All the furnitures can be used except wardrobe, drawer and washing machine. But some part of wardrobe and drawer will be empty so some part you can use. It's in findorff which there are many convinient store, Bank , Restaurants and Bus stop in 1-5 min.
The whole cost ist
Kaltmieter + Nebekosten 400 euro + Kaution 200euro = 600 euro
