Ich biete meine gemütliche 2-Zimmer Dachgeschosswohnung in der Neustadt (Hohentor) vom 01.09.14 bis 31.08.15 zur Untermiete an. Da ich für ein Jahr ins Ausland gehe, suche ich einen Untermieter für das komplette Jahr, wobei es jedoch auf einen Monat mehr nicht zwangsweise ankommen würde.
Die Küche bleibt ausgestattet und Möbel wie Bett (220x140), ein großer Kleiderschrank, Schreib- und Esstisch, Sofa, Bücherregal, Kommode und Couchtische sind vorhanden.
Die Lage ist insbesondere für Studenten der Hochschule ideal. Die HS am Neustadtswall ist nur 4-5 Gehminuten entfernt und auch die anderen Standorte sind mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in kürzester Zeit erreicht.
Verschiedene Supermärkte (Rewe, Aldi, Penny) sind sehr nah gelegen und ebenfalls schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Zu wichtigen Verkehrsknotenpunkten wie Hauptbahnhof, am Brill oder Domsheide kommt man per Bus und Bahn in höchstens 10 Minuten.
Da ich schon am 19.08. das Land verlasse, könnte man ggf. auch schon ein Paar Tage früher in einziehen.
