Da ich im Januar und Februar nicht in Bremen bin, möchte ich meine gemütliche Wohnung in der Neustadt gerne vom 10.01.-01.03. zwischenvermieten. Einzugs- und Auszugsdatum können gerne flexibel abgesprochen werden.
Insgesamt hat die Dachgeschosswohnung ca. 50qm aufgeteilt auf 2,5 Zimmer und ist komplett mit Möbeln und Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Mit Heizkosten, Ökostrom, Internet usw. komme ich auf 530€ pro Monat.
I would like to sublease my cozy flat in Neustadt for the time of 10.01.-01.03., the date of moving in and out is flexible, so no worries if the dates don’t fit perfectly for you. All in all the flat has about 50m² and 2,5 rooms fully furnitured and with everything you need including kitchen utensils. Including internet, electricity and heating cost I pay 530€ per month.
Die Wohnung befindet sich nahe Friedrich-Ebert-Str./Thedinghauserstr. in einer sehr ruhigen Nebenstraße. Haltestellen für die Straßenbahn und Busse sind jeweils 5 Minuten entfernt und man ist mit dem Rad in ca. 10-15 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Auch der schöne Werdersee ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt.
The flat is located in a very quiet street in Neustadt close to Friedrich-Ebert-Str./Thedinghauserstraße. Stops for tram and bus are only 5 minutes away and within 10-15 you can reach the city centre.
Falls euch die Daten nicht passen und ihr z.B. nur etwas für Februar sucht oder im Januar schon früher etwas braucht, meldet euch trotzdem gerne. Können wir alles besprechen ;)
