Diese Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen Geestemünde bei Ruhrstrasse ( 4 O. G. mit Fahrstuhl. Wohnung ist fast neu (8Jahre alt), deswegen ist auch sehr gut Gedämmt und hat dichte Fenstern (3-Fache Verglasung). Im alle Räume sind Lüfter eingebaut ( keine Schimmel Überraschung). Bad und Küche sind gefliest und auf restliche Bodenfläche liegt Vinyls mit Holzoptik. Wom Wohnzimmer ist Zugang zu Balkon. Ich habe vom kürzen Küche neu eingebaut und ausgestattet mit Moderne Geräte. Spüllmaschine so wie Waschmaschine sind auch natürlich da :). Im Bad gibt es Füssbodenheizung, Grosse, barrierefrei Dusche und Grosse Waschbecken. Im Preis sind schon alle Nebenkosten drin ( Wasser, Strom, Heizung und schnelle W-LAN)
Bushaltestelle, Wochenmarkt, Bank, Apotheke sind im 2min zu Fuß zu erreichen :)
Ich bin 34 Jahre alt und ich komme aus Polen. Im Deutschland seit 2013. Ich bin Berufstätig täglich bis 17 Uhr. Ich bin nett, ruhig und mache kaum Partys. Ich mag kochen, gute Musik und gute Film.
