Es gibt mehrere Geschäfte in der Nähe, da die Wohnung direkt an einer Haupteinkaufsstraße liegt: Georgstraße. Lebensmittel können im nahe gelegenen Penny eingekauft werden, der 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Bessere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Edeka, der 5 Minuten mit dem Bus und 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Ansonsten gibt es in der Nachbarschaft alle Arten von Einrichtungen, von Lebensmitteln über Mode bis hin zu Kliniken.
Die Nachbarschaft ist großartig und die Menschen sind sehr freundlich.

There are several parks nearby and good walking tracks. The north sea can be reached with a 10 minute walk. The walk around the apartment is very beautiful and scenic as well.
The connections to public transport is 2-3 minutes on foot and with the bus one reaches the HBF in 1 minute. On foot the HBF is only 10 minutes away.
There are several shops nearby as the apartment is next to a main shopping street: Georgestrasse. Grocery can be done in the nearby Penny which is 3-4 minutes on foot. Whereas better grocery options are available at Edeka, which is 5 mins by bus and 15 minutes on foot. Other than that all kinds of facilities are available from Food to Fashion to Clinics in the neighborhood.
The neighborhood is great and the people are very friendly.
There are several parking spaces available as well in the street next to the apartment.
