The room is individual. It is your protective bubble. You do not have to be around other flatmates and/or their friends. This gives you privacy and health security.
However, relations between the members of the house (and those of our house in number 2) are very cordial.
This makes it possible to carry out joint activities and/or move from one room/house to another, if you so wish.
It is located on the thirt floor on the garden side.

WC: a WC on the mezzanine floor for the same two trainees
Current rent: As there is no intermediary, it can be calculated as accurately as possible, i.e. 340 €.
Charges: monthly flat rate of 90€.

(stib-mivb.be) Arts-Loi, Maelbeek, to go to the centre of Brussels in 10 minutes with its cinemas, theatres, restaurants, Grand Place, Saint Géry...) or in the periphery (Heysel, Atomium).
Bus:
5/10 minutes walk. Direction city centre, periphery, Brussels Airport (Brussels Airport + Brussels South Charleroi Airport).
Trains 15 by metro

In case of mutual agreement for the rental and if you do not live in Brussels
1) I will send you, by mail, two rental contracts completed and signed by me
When you have understood and accepted the content of the contract
2) you send back a completed contract signed by you
When you arrive
You pay the guarantee of €430.
I give you a receipt as proof of this payment.
You pay the first month's rent/charge of 430€ by bank transfer or in cash (against receipt)
You also give me a copy of your identity card or passport
At the end of your stay
At the time we have agreed or at the latest on the last day of the month at 11.30 am, we will check the premises together. If everything is clean and in order, I will immediately reimburse you, in euros, the guarantee of 430€.
