The flat is located in Clausthal-Zellerfeld on the Clausthal side of the town. The flat is 3 minutes by foot from the university library and 4 minutes from the Marktkirche. In addition to that multiple doctors, pharmacies, restaurants bakeries, cafés and supermarkets can be reached by foot within a few minutes (including the "Uni Döner" in 1 min.). Furthermore, green spaces and parks, fashion shops, gyms a bar and a book store can be reached by foot. Last but not least multiple bus lines are accessible close to the flat.

Die Wohnung verfügt über Heizung/Warmwasser, Strom und Internet, sodass keiner der Anschlüsse eigen-ständig bestellt werden muss. Zu den Nebenkosten von 300€ kommen 50€ Strom,55€ Internet (1000 Mbit/s download) und 200€ Heizung/Warmwasser.
