We are Francesca, Monica and Rossella.
Three Italian students studying at BTU.
In late March we'll finish the university, so leave this lovely apartment close to the university and even closer to the center of Cottbus.
The apartment is very large and bright.
It has 2 entrances on the same floor.
It has 2 living rooms very spacious, with two balconies and wooden floors.
In one of the living area there is a big kitchen with oven and electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. In the other living room there is another kitchenette.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed and one with queen size bed) each with windows and curtains.
It has 2 bathrooms with bath / shower and washing machine.
Are available places for bikes, 2 places for cars and a box in the basement.
The price is 376 € + 224 € charges. For a total of € 600.
(€ 200 per person)
Is NOT required a deposit but the apartment was fully furnished by us, we will leave all the furniture (beds, sofa, tables, chairs, desks ...) who decide to buy them for a tot. of € 600.

Is very close to the university: 7-8 minutes walk
and to the city center: 5 minutes walk
There are from 50m away 2 metro trams and buses.
A 2-minute walk away there is a large supermarket Rewe, Rossmann then a grocery store, a bank Sparkasse and other clothing stores, bakery eccecc ..
