I need to start my Master studies in Darmstadt on October, 17th.
I can not find a place to stay, because no one answers me.

However I could tell you lots of interesting things if we kept in touch.

What I love:
- To pay regularly
- To be the person you can always rely on
- To build my career through education in Germany and to show you my working contract soon

What I hate:
- Naughty, drunken and noisy neighbours, aggressive people, dirt
- Talking about russian politics although I can tell you lots if you fancy. About how many cool people we have, why do they all leave the country, and how did it happen, all that had happened.

What I need:
- temporary flat (up to 600 euros) or flatshare (up to 350 euros) for Oct — Dec
- family flat (up to 1000 euros warm) for my beautiful kids aged 14 and 12 and A KITTEN!!!!!!! (we saved her life. She's ideal. Clean and smells like a rose) from January.

I have no chances to find a housing.
But I believe in you guys.

- those I rented to. I have a longterm contract and my payments are stable. I also have a sperkonto and my banking (mortgage) history. I always pay in time.
