Hallo, suchen zum 1.4.08 (gerne auch früher) einen Nachmieter für eine 3 Zimmer Wohnung mit Wohnküche, Süd-Balkon und Gartenmitbenutzung. Ein großer Keller (ca. 20qm) steht ebenso zur Verfügung, wie eine Waschküche. Die Wohnung liegt optimal verkehrsgünstig und doch direkt am Wald. Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (Supermarkt, Kindergarten, Schule,...). Bisher waren Haustiere kein Problem. Gute Verkehrsanbindung an den ÖPNV (Nachtexpress und U-Bahn). Die Wohnung ist kaum zu renovieren, wurde vor 1,5 Jahren erst gemacht.
