The U41 underground line takes you to the Dortmund Stadtgarten in 9 minutes or to Dortmund main station in 11 minutes. REWE and many other shops for daily needs are within walking distance.
You will find a pharmacy, a bakery, a cobbler and a pizzeria within sight.
The bus stop to Dortmund University is about 200 m away.
The flat itself is located in a quiet side street.
