Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlaf-, ein Wohn-/Esszimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche (mit Spülmaschine) und ein Badezimmer. Sie wird voll möbliert für ein Jahr vermietet, inklusive Küchenausstattung, Entertainmentausstattung (TV mit Antennenanschluss und Blu-Ray Player), Bett, großem Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch. Die Heizung funktioniert mit Gas. Ein Internetanschluss ist vorhanden, müsste aber vom Mieter selbst aktiviert und bezahlt werden, in den Keller passt eine Waschmaschine, Anschlüsse dafür gibt es auch, aber der nächste Waschsalon ist 10 Minuten entfernt.
Das Haus verfügt über einen Garten, den alle Mieter des Hauses kostenlos nutzen dürfen. Dort ist auch eine Laube mit Platz für Fahrräder.
Über einen Einzug zum kommenden Wintersemester (Oktober 2021) kann verhandelt werde.
This apartment is ideal for students or instructors, who value privacy and a quiet surrounding. It is located on the top floor of a four party house. This apartement has a bedroom, living-/diningroom, a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher) and a bathroom. I am renting it out fully furnished for a year, including the kitchen equipment, the entertainment system (TV and Blu-Ray player), bed, a big closet and a desk. The heat is gas and there is a port for internet and wifi, but the renter would have to have it activated and pay for it themselves. There is also room and ports for a washing machine in the basement, but there is also a laundromat closeby. The house has a back yard that all renters in the house may use and has a shed where a bike fits.
A move-in for the beginning of the academic year 2021/22 (October 2021) is negotiable.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Hombrucher Fußgängerzone, Supermärkte und weitere Geschäfte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Von der Wohnung aus läuft man 5 Minuten zu einer Bushaltestelle mit Direktverbindung zur Universität (15 Minuten Fahrt), 5 Minuten zur nächsten U-Bahnhaltestelle (Fahrt zur Reinoldikirche in 15 Minuten) oder 10 Minuten zur nächsten S-Bahnhaltestelle (Fahrt zum Hauptbahnhof in 5 Minuten). Parken kann man kostenlos an der Straße oder auf einem großen Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung.
The apartment is close to the pedestrian area in Hombruch, several different supermarkets and other shops are within walking distance. A bus stop with direct service to the university is a 5 minute walk away (15 minute ride to campus), a tram stop with service to the city center is also a 5 minute walk away (15 minute ride to Reinoldikirche) and if you walk 10 minutes, you reach an S-Bahn with a 5 minute ride to Dortmund Central Station. There is lots of free street parking available or a big free car park in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
