Ich untervermiete meine Wohnung vom 15. September 2023 bis zum 29. Februar 2024, da ich ein Auslandssemester in Istanbul mache.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der dritten Etage und somit im Dachgeschoss des Hauses. Sie hat eine große Küche, ein Bad und zwei Zimmer. Neben der Wohnung befindet sich ein Dachboden zum Wäsche aufhängen, welcher eigentlich nur von mir genutzt wird.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und mit allem wichtigem ausgestattet. Strom und Gas sind in den Nebenkosten enthalten, jedoch heize ich sehr sparsam, wodurch diese noch etwas steigen könnten.
I am subletting my apartment from the 15th of September 2023 to the 29th of February 2024, as I am doing a semester abroad in Istanbul.
The apartment is located on the third floor and therefore in the attic of the house. It has a big kitchen, a bathroom and two rooms. Next to the apartment is an attic for hanging laundry, which is actually only used by me.
The apartment is furnished and equipped with everything important. Electricity and gas are included in the service charges, but I heat very sparingly, so these could still rise a little.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel und Bedürfnisse des täglichen Bedarfs in fußläufiger Nähe. So sind verschiedene Imbisse, Apotheken und Supermärkte (Aldi, Rewe, Lidl, Penny, Netto) und vieles mehr schnell erreichbar.
Die U-Bahnhaltestelle Lortzingstr. ist zu Fuß 7 Min entfernt, von dieser kann man in 5 Min am Hauptbahnhof oder in der Innenstadt sein. Auch die Universität ist in unter 30 min erreichbar.
The apartment is very quiet and has many shopping facilities for food and daily needs within walking distance. Thus, various snack bars, pharmacies and supermarkets (Aldi, Rewe, Lidl, Penny, Netto) and much more can be reached quickly.
The subway stop Lortzingstr. is 7 min away on foot, from there you can be at the main station or in the city center in 5 min. The university can also be reached in less than 30 min.
