2 Zimmer-Wohnung + Küche + Bad + Garten sucht Untermieter

Meine Wohnung sucht jemanden, der ihr während ich im Auslandssemester bin, ihr Gesellschaft leistet und meine Möbel pfleglich behandelt.

Sie liegt super nah am Uni-Campus (7 Min. mit dem Zug / 20 Min. mit dem Fahrrad) und auch zum Dortmunder Hauptbahnhof braucht man nur 14 Minuten mit der S-Bahn, welche die ganze Nacht fährt und auch andere Städte im Ruhrgebiet oder auch Düsseldorf anbindet.

Abgesehen vom Strom sind alle Nebenkosten in der Miete enthalten.
Da die Wohnung mit Nachtspeichern elektrisch geheizt wird, beläuft sich die monatliche Abschlagszahlung auf 165 Eur., wenn du/Sie/ihr weniger verbraucht, wird euch der Betrag am Ende mit der Kaution zurückgezahlt und bei Mehrverbrauch oder auch Schäden an der Wohnung/Möbeln, welche vorher noch nicht da waren, von der Kaution abgezogen.

Die Wohnung wird möbliert untervermietet, kann aber leicht von den Bildern abweichen, da ggf. Klavier/Matratze/Tisch mit mir umziehen. Für eine Ersatzmatratze und Tisch wird aber bei Bedarf gesorgt sein.

Mein Vermieter hat mir erlaubt die Wohnung bis Ende Februar unterzuvermieten (kann ggf. bis August verlängert werden), muss aber nach Übermittlung der Daten zustimmen und ist auch weiter Ansprechpartner für dich/Sie/euch.

Mein privater Teil des Gartens kann genutzt werden, wenn du/Sie/ihr ihn in der Zeit mäht, ein elektrischer Rasenmäher dafür ist vorhanden.

My flat is looking for someone to keep her company while I'm on my semester abroad and to take good care of my furniture.

It is super close to the university campus (7 min. by train / 20 min. by bike) and it also only takes 14 minutes to get to Dortmund main station by S-Bahn, which runs all night and also connects other cities in the Ruhr area or even Düsseldorf.

Apart from electricity, all utilities are included in the rent.
Since the flat is heated electrically with night storage tanks, the monthly down payment amounts to 165 Eur. If you use less, the amount will be paid back to you at the end with the deposit and deducted from the deposit in case of additional consumption or other damages to the flat/furniture that were not there before.

The flat will be sublet furnished, but may differ slightly from the pictures, as piano/mattress/table may move with me. However, a spare mattress and table will be provided if needed.

My landlord has allowed me to sublet the flat until the end of February (can be extended until August if necessary), but must agree after submitting the data and will continue to be the contact person for you.

My private part of the garden can be used if you mow it during the time, an electric lawnmower for this is available.
