Möchtest du unser Gast sein?
Wir verreisen und möchten unsere schöne, möblierte Wohnung im Hinterhaus mit Balkon und Vogelgezwitscher derweil an einen netten Menschen vermieten. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig; tagsüber ist man gleich im Getummel der Neustadt, dem Alaunparkt in direkter Nachbarschaft oder der Heide zum Joggen (5min). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es verschiedene, von Rewe, Konsum, Netto und den Spätis um die Ecke ist alles da. Restaurants, Bars und Cafés finden sich hier auch viele - einfach alles, was die Neustadt zu bieten hat!
Anmerkung: Die Wohnung wird mit allen Möbeln (s.Fotos) vermietet und Ausstattung, die man für ein gemütliches Leben braucht. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Geschirrspülmaschine. Sorgsamer Umgang wird selbstredend vorausgesetzt.

Singles und Nichtraucherinnen werden bevorzugt.

Do you want to be our guest?
We are traveling and would like to let our nice, furnished flat with balcony and birdsong. The house is located in the second row, so it is quiet during the night. During the daytime you are in the middel of Neustadts lifly scene with the Alaunpark in direct neighborhood or the forest "Heide" to go jogging. Also you got several groceries in short distance. On top there is a huge variety of restaurant, bars and cafés just in front of the doors - everything the Neustadt is known for!
Note: The flat will be let with all furniture shown on the pictures and equipment you need for a cozy living, including kitchen stuff. There is a washing machine and dish washer. Careful use is of course expected.
