Wir suchen einen Untermieter für unsere möblierte Zweiraumwohnung vom 01.02.21 bis 01.02.22 (Mindestmietdauer: 6 Monate, kompletter Zeitraum bevorzugt). Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoss einer denkmalgeschützten Stadtvilla. Flur, Wohn- und Schlafzimmer verfügen über Parkettboden. Das geflieste Tageslichtbad verfügt über eine Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Ofen, Cerankochfeld und Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Des Weiteren besitzt die Wohnung einen Balkon mit Sitzgarnitur, der ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen bietet.
We are looking for a subtenant for our furnished two-room apartment from 02/01/21 to 02/01/22 (minimum rental period: 6 months, full period preferred). The apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a landmarked city villa. The hallway, living room and bedroom have parquet floors. The windowed bathroom features a bathtub and a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, ceramic stove top and dishwasher. In addition, the apartment has a balcony with seating fitting two people.
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Eingang zum Waldpark, die Elbe und das Uniklinikum sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel befinden sich unmittelbar vor dem Wohnhaus (Linien 6 und 12). Eine Vielzahl von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (bspw. am Schillerplatz) sind so innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar.
The apartment is located right at the entrance of the park “Waldpark”. The Elbe and the university clinic can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Public transport is right in front of the house (Tram line 6 and 12). A large number of shopping opportunities (e.g. at Schillerplatz) can be reached within a few minutes.
