Sehr helle Wohnung in zentraler Lage in Pieschen. Es befindet sich in einem alten Gebäude, das vor etwa 5 Jahren renoviert wurde. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle 'Zeithainer Straße' befindet sich direkt vor der Wohnung und dort fährt die Linie 3 vorbei, die direkt zum Hauptbahnhof fährt.
Perfekt für eine einzelne Person oder ein Paar. Die Wohnung ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und hat daher viel Licht. Die Wohnung ist möbliert und da ich Deutschland verlasse, suche ich jemanden, der den größten Teil der vorhandenen Möbel übernehmen möchte. Very bright apartment in the central area in Pieschen. It is located in an old building renovated about 5 years ago. The streetcar station 'Zeithainer Strasse' is located in front of the apartment and there passes the line 3 that goes directly to the central station.
Perfect for a single person or a couple. The apartment is south facing and therefore enjoys a beautiful light. The apartment is furnished and since I am leaving Germany I am looking for someone who wants to take most of the furniture that is there. The price of the furniture will be negotiated according to what you want to keep.
