hallo, an alle die eine wg tauglich 2-zimmer-wohnung suchen.
mein mitbewohner und ich ziehen zum 01.09.2009 aus unserer schönen hellen wohnung aus und suchen nachmieter. Die zimmer sind beide ca 15 m² groß und hell. die wohnung liegt ruhig (NICHT im plattenbau viertel) und man hat nette angenehme nachbarn. euch erwartet eine einbauküche und eine kleine essecke im flur. außerdem bleibt eine fast neue waschmaschine in der wohnung. ihr seit in ca. 15 min in der uni und lauft nur 5 min zu zwei bushaltestellen kapellenweg und beerenhut. es befindet sich auch ein aldi und das elbamare in der nähe.
wenn ihr euch die wohnung ansehen wollt, ruft einfach an.
