Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung. Es handelt sich um eine Zweiraumwohnung mit Balkon Richtung Westen mit Blick auf den Rothermunder Park. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Flur mit Abstellmöglichkeit, von dem man aus ins Schlafzimmer,(wird noch gestrichen) Bad sowie Wohnzimmer gelangt. Das Bad ist innenliegend mit Badewanne. Durch das große Wohnzimmer gelangt man zum Balkon und zur Küche (EBK kann vor Ort besichtigt werden). Zur Wohnung gehört ein Keller.
Der Vermieter ist die Genossenschaft WG Aufbau. Daher fallen zum Start des Mietverhältnisses Genossenschaftsanteile von etwa 1100€ an (diese werden bei Auszug zurückgezahlt).

Die Wohnung ist sehr Verkehrsgünstig gelegen an den Straßenbahnlinien 1 und 2.
Netto und LIDL Supermarkt sind direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite.
