Since im not gonna be in Dresden this Christmas, Im looking for someone to live in my apartment during the holidays. (Im flexible regarding the dates)
Hier wirst du dich sofort zuhause fühlen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe gibt es viele (maximal 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt). . . . . . .

The apartment is very cozy and youll feel home in no time. Theres a lot of supermarkets near you (max 5 mins on foot).
Wie es auf den Bilder zu sehen ist, ist die Wohnung Mobliert. Geeignet ist die Wonung für 2 Personen. Ich bin Musiker, in dem zweitem Zimmer stehen meine Instrumente (die Räume ich weg damit du das Zimmer ohne Probleme nutzen kannst). Wenn erwünscht, stelle ich das Bett ins Musikzimmer damit ihr mehr Platz habt :)
Was Kaution angeht lässt sich alles besprechen, bei Fragen können wir gerne telefonieren.

As you can see in the pictures, the apartment is furnished and ideal for 2 persons. Im a musican, so, my second room is a studio :D before you move in I will take my instruments somewhere else so you can use the room freely. If you want me to, I'll move the bed into the music room so you have more space.
