Unfortunately I have to leave Dresden due to job change and therefore give away my fully furnished cosy apartment.
The apartment is located in a quiet location in Johannstadt and it is composed of a bed room, a big living room which is connected to a semi-separated kitchen. The apartment has also its own small basement compartment.
The apartment is very centrally located with close vicinity to Altstadt and Neustadt, both of them can be reached by walking or public transport. Supermarkets are just around the corner. The apartment is part of a big building with very very quiet neighbours. The highlight of this apartment in my view are the big windows which are facing a nice garden and perceiving every single bit of sun light inside! Free car parks are also around the house.
I would only give the apartment who takes over all my furniture for an amount that we can talk about. I also prefer to transfer the WIFI and electricity contracts to the next tenant, I am currently paying 41 Euros for the electricity and 29.99 for the wifi. Please contact me only if you will to take the apartment fully furnished.
