Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung- von mir aus ab sofort
Küche mit Herd (und Ofen) und einige andere Elektrogeräte wäre schön wenn es übernommen wird. Sie ist noch sehr gut erhalten - ich habe da immer sehr gerne drin gekocht.
So lange noch nicht weiter verkauft können auch Sofa, Sessel und andere Möbel gegen ein Paar Euro zu übernommen werden.
der PVC belag wird oft als Pakett abgestempelt, also die Optik ist sehr schön.
Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr hell und groß.
Ich habe 10-15 min mit dem Fahrrad zur HTW gebraucht. mit dem bus braucht man auch nur 10 min bis zum Hbf. Straßenbahn (auch nachts sehr gut) ca. in 15 min erreichbar.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto) sehr gut, keine 3 min Fußweg. Döner und Asia auch gleich um der Ecke.
Kaufland zu Fuß max. 15 min.

ich hatte hier auch in einer WG gewohnt und fand es nicht schlcht, es bietet auch viel stauraum.
Bei fragen einfach schreiben und fragen....
und bei Interesse kann gerne ein Besichtigungstermin ausgemacht werden!
