Wir suchen Nachmieter für unsere 2-Zimmer Wohnung in Dresden Löbtau. Die Wohnung ist mit einem Tageslichtbad (+Badewanne), einer Küche mit Platz zum Sitzen und zwei in etwa gleichgroße Zummer ausgestattet. Wir möchten unsere derzeitige Einbauküche (inkl. Herd und Spülmaschine, aber ohne Kühlschrank) sowie ein paar Kleinigkeiten wir Jalousien im Bad gerne für eine Ablöse von 150 Euro übergeben. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Kellerabteil. Der Waschmaschinenanschluss befindet sich im Keller.
Der angegebene Mietpreis könnte etwas erhöht werden bei Vertragsabschluss.
