Die Wohnung hat 4 helle Zimmer , 3 Balkone und 2 großzügige Bäder, eines mit Badewanne.
Die Zimmer sind 20m^2 mit 6m^2 Balkon, 14 und 15 m^2 mit je ca. 1m^2 Balkon und 12 m^2 ohne Balkon groß.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, allerdings ohne Spülmaschine. Im Bad ist ein Waschmaschinenanschluss und auch genug Platz. Die Decken sind sehr hoch, also auch geeignet für Hochbetten. Im Flur ist Platz für einen kleinen Esstisch. Das Haus ist saniert, es gibt einen Aufzug, 2 große Kellerabteile, einen ruhigen Hinterhof (auf dem auch ein Parkplatz gemietet werden kann) und 2 der Balkone haben einen wunderschönen Blick direkt auf den Fluss.
Netto, Biosupermarkt, Späti, Tankstelle und Eisladen in 3 Min Laufnähe. Sehr ruhig und grün, direkt an der weiße Ritz (Fluss), Park und Wald sind auch direkt um die Ecke. Buslinien 62,63,85 sind 2 min entfernt, S-Bahn Haltestelle Hp Plauen 3 min. Mit Fahrrad sind es 12 min zum Tu Campus, mit den öffentlichen ca. 15 min. In der Neustadt ist man in ca. 20-25 min.
Unsere Wg löst sich leider über den Sommer auf, wir suchen also Leute zur Übernahme, ohne Provision. Die Wohnung ist super für eine Wg geeignet, man hat viel Platz und durch den Schnitt ist es in jedem Zimmer schön ruhig. Aber sicherlich auch für eine Familie eine tolle neue Bleibe. Meldet euch und kommt vorbei :)
