Unsere gemütliche WG sucht ein oder zwei Zwischenmieter(innen) vom 01.09.2016 bis zum 31.03.2017.
Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmern, die sich ideal für eine WG oder ein Pärchen anbieten.
Sie liegt im 4. OG und bietet eine herrliche Aussicht von ihrem Balkon auf den Süden Dresdens.
Natürlich ist in dem Haus ein Aufzug, was den Weg in das vierte OG um einiges erleichtert.
Dazu bietet die Wohnung einen Abstellraum ebenfalls im 4 OG, wo Dinge die in der Wohnung nichts zu suchen haben trocken und sicher verschlossen werden können.
Das Bad und die Küche sind voll ausgestattet und in der Wohnung ist auch eine Waschmaschine, sodass Du problemlos waschen kannst.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist zum Teil möbiliert, sodass ein Teil der Möbel in der Wohnung verbleiben und somit nutzbar wäre. In der Wohnung verbleiben zum Beispiel ein Fernseher, ein Doppelbett, ein Schrank, ein Schreibtisch und ein Sofa.

because we are temporary leaving our flat for Erasmus we are searching for two new inhabitants of our flat
The flat is free from 01.09 untill 01.04.
The whole flat has two rooms plus kitchen and bathroom. The bigger room with the two huge windows measures/has 20m² while the other is around 14m². The kitchen and the bathroom are full furnished and full equipped, so you do not have to look for new spoons or plates;)
Additionally, the kitchen has an oven and a cooker. The washing machine makes your life quiet comfortable and you will find as well a huge window in the bathroom.
The two rooms are semi furnished. So, one room is good furnished while the other room has a lot of space to be filled.
Die Lage ist meiner Meinung nach die Beste, die man sich als Student in Dresden vorstellen kann.
Die Haltestelle Tharandter Straße liegt nur 2 Minuten Fußweg von der Wohnung entfernt.
Dort halten die Tramlinien 6,7 und 12 und die Busse 61,63,90, 333 und A, womit sich (fast) jeder Ort schnell erreichen lässt.
Mit der 6 und der 7 fahren gleich zwei Linien direkt bis in die Neustadt, sodass man sich nach einer längeren Feiernacht keine Sorgen machen muss nicht mehr nach Hause zu kommen. ( Die beiden Linien fahren auch unter der Woche nachts durch.)
Mit der 7 ist man in 10 Minuten am HBF und mit der 12 ist man ebenfalls in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt bei Frauenkirche und Co.
Mit der 61 ist man in gerade Mal 7 Minuten am Nürnberger Platz und somit direkt bei der Universität.
Das BESTE an der WOHNUNG ist: sie liegt direkt über dem REWE.
Man muss nur ins Erdgeschoss fahren und hat von 7-22Uhr freien Zugriff auf alles was ein gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt so bietet. Nebenbei sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten Fußweg 5 Bäcker, 2 Schlachter, 3 Kleidungsgeschäfte und 2 Drogeriemärkte (Rossman und DM) erreichbar. Alle liegen auf der Kesselsdorfer Straße.

The Location is one of the best ones for students in Dresden.
There are 3 tram lines stopping only 300m away from the flat. There many busses and other transport options close to the flat, which is especially helpful during day and night (many of the busses offer an all day service). Additonally, there are many transport options which will take you fast to the university campus (e.g. bus number 61).
Also the main train station ist not far away. Just 10 minutes with tram number 7.
To the main Party Place of Dresden called "Albertplatz" bzw. "Neustadt you need 13 minutes by tram number 6.
The best fact about the flat is the location direct near to Rewe (big supermarket). It takes just 2 minutes by walk to go to Rewe and it is open till 22:00 (pm) from Monday till Saturday. Also, there are 3 backeries in 5 minutes walking distance and 2 butchers. Also, directly next to the stop "Tharandter Straße" there are farmacias, Kebap Stores and some fashion stores.
Wir suchen ein bis zwei Zwischenmieter(innen) für die gesamte Wohnung 01.09 einziehen wollen und bis 31.03 sicher in der Wohnung verbleiben. Wie beschrieben bleiben Teile der Möbel in der Wohnung und können/sollen mitbenutzt werden. Unsere Nachbarschaft ist äußerst freundlich.
Wir freuen uns darauf, verlässliche und freundliche Zwischenmieter(innen) zu finden, die gut auf unsere geliebte WG aufpassen :)
