Hallo! Wir suchen ab 1. September Nachmieter für unsere schöne 3-Zimmer-Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist 90qm groß und super für Familien mit Kindern oder WGs geeignet. Alle Zimmer (inkl. Küche und Bad) sind groß und hell (siehe Grundriss). Die Warmmiete beträgt 827€.
Die ÖPNV-Anbindung ist top — 2 min zur Haltestelle Oederanerstr (7,12) und 3-4min zur Tharandter Str. (6, 7, 12, 61, 63 und weitere). Mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man den Campus in 10-15min und die Innenstadt in 10min.
Wir würden gerne die grünen Kuchenmöbel und die Spülmaschine gegen "Nicht Streichen" tauschen. ;)
Die Wohnzimmermöbel und weiteres können ebenfalls sehr gern gegen eine Ablöse übernommen werden.
