Da mein Mitbewohner und ich beide ausziehen, vermieten wir ab 01.11.17 unsere schöne Zweiraumwohnung.
Die Wohnung hat 2 große Zimmer die jeweils 24m2 haben. Ein Zimmer hat noch Teppich, das andere Laminat. Die Zimmer sind hell, die Fenster dicht und wirklich gut geschnitten. Die Küche ist angenehm groß und hell. Das Badezimmer ist groß mit Wanne, in der aber auch duschen möglich ist. Der Flur ist groß genug für einen Esstisch und weitere Regale. Bei Bedarf sind Parkplätze im Innenhof zur Miete verfügbar. Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über ein Kellerabteil.
Die Lage ist perfekt um an die Uni zu kommen oder auch in die Alt-bzw. Neustadt. Die Straßenbahnen 2 und 6 sind nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Tharandter Straße oder auch Bahnhof Mitte sind nur 2 Stationen entfernt. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen aber man kommt wirklich überall super hin. Direkt nebenan ist ein Penny, Lidl, Aldi und Netto sind allerdings auch nicht weit.
