Fully furnitured apartment in Löbtau for a limited period of time (01.11.2020 - 30.10.2021).
Living here with my girlfriend for a couple of years now.
In November we are leaving the country for almost a year and would like to find someone to enjoy our cozy apartment and take care of it until October 2021.
The area is really nice with a perfect public transportation connections. Many shops and different services shops, restaurants, fitness centers are located in the area.
Free parking on the street is available.
Less than five minutes walking to the station "Löbtau Tharandter Strasse", where these public transportation are available:
Buses ( 61-63-90-333-A ) and Trams ( 6-7-12 ).
7 minutes to the university "Dresden Techn. Universität" by bus 61.
8 minutes to Dresden central station "Dresden Hbf" by tram Nr.7
Löbtau Passage mall is located in the area with many supermarkets, shops, restaurants, fitness centers and drugstores as well.
The park "Stadtpark Pulvermühle" is 2 minutes walking, where you can relax or have a walk by the "Weißeritz" river.
10 minutes by bike and you can enjoy the nature in "Bienertgarten" and the amazing view from "Felsenkeller Bastei".
