1,5 Zimmer Wohnung in Neukölln direkt am Kanal

Hallo,
ich möchte vom 04.7 bis zum 18.07 gerne meine Wohnung vermieten. Es ist eine 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung mit großer Küche, Balkon und Badewanne. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Kanal und ist sehr ruhig. Leider ist sie sehr hellhörig. Deswegen suche ich nach einigermaßen leisen Untermietern um die Nachbarn zu verschonen :) . In 1 Minute ist man an der Bushaltestelle. Dort fährt der 104 und der 166 in 2 Stationen zum Rathaus Neukölln oder in 4 Stationen zum Treptower Park wo U- und S-Bahnen fahren. Restaurants, Bars, Kinos und alles mögliche sind direkt um die Ecke. Bei Lust meldet euch einfach und schauts euch gerne an. Die Daten können auch ein bisschen angepasst werden. Kann zum Beispiel auch ein bisschen später wiederkommen.

ill be gone from the 04.6 till 18.7 and want to rent my apartment for that time. the flat has 1,5 rooms, a big kitchen, a balkony and a bathtub. she lies directly at the canal and for berlin its pretty green. at the same time you have restaurants, bars, cinema and everything you need around the corner. in 2 minutes your at the bus station where the bus 104 and 166 are going either to rathaus neukölln in 2 stations or to treptower park in 4 stations. The only thing is that the flat itself is badly sound proofed thats why i search for a bit more quiet people to reprieve my neighbours. if you want just write me and come around to see the place. The dates can verie a bit, too. i could come back a bit later or something if needed..
