Wir bieten unsere Wohnung von Januar bis 30. April zur Untermiete an. Die Wohnung liegt in der schönen Neustadt, gleich neben dem Rosis. Sie ist 62 m² groß und besitzt eine große Küche, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer, einen großen Flur und ein kleines Bad. Im Flur gibt es außerdem einen zweiten Schreibtisch und ein Wäschegestell an der Decke (siehe Bilder).
Die Wohnung wird möbliert zur Verfügung gestellt, auch inkl. Töpfe, Wasch- und Spülmaschine, Fernseher … . Die Warmmiete (inkl. Strom und Internet) beträgt 670 € / Monat.
Aufgrund des Wohnungsschnittes und der Zimmerverteilung ist die Wohnung vor allem für Einzelpersonen oder Pärchen geeignet.

We offer our little flat for rent from January till the end of April. The flat is located in Dresden Neustadt, next to Rosis Amüsierlokal. It is 62 m² big and has a lovely big kitchen, a large living room, a bedroom, a big hallway and a small bathroom. In the hallway there is also a second desk and a ceiling clothing rack to make more space (see images).
The flat will be fully furnished including pots and pans, washing mashine, dishwasher, TV … . The rent including electricity and internet is 670€ per month.
The flat is especially suitable for couples or one person.

In der Nähe befinden sich zwei Supermärkte, viele Restaurants und Imbisse und alles, was man eigentlich braucht. Die Haltestellen Louisenstraße, Bischofsweg und Bischofsplatz (Lininen 8, 7, 13) sind alle schnell erreichbar (3 min). Außerdem ist man mit dem Fahrrad gut angebunden (zur Uni ca. 20 min, zum Uniklinikum, CRTD, … ca. 12 min).

Close by there are two supermarkets, lots of restaurants and take-outs and everything you need! De tram stations Louisenstraße, Bischofsweg and Bischofsplaz (tram lines 7, 8, 13) are very close by. Also it’s easy to get anywhere by bike (main campus 20 min, university clinic, CRTD, CMCB, … 12 min).
Wir bieten die Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an.
Was in der Wohnung genau verbleiben soll kann gerne noch persönlich besprochen werden! Gerne lassen wir z.B. auch unsere Bücher da, damit die 4 Monate nicht langweilig werden ;)
