Meine sonstigen Möbel können auch sehr gerne übernommen werden. Dazu gehören: ein Bett, ein Sofa, zwei Kleiderschränke, ein Schreibtisch, alle Lampen und Vorhänge sowie eine Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung ist also direkt einzugsbereit. Der Übernahmepreis ist verhandelbar. Die Wohnung ist ab dem 15.09.2022 frei.
As I am moving away from Dresden due to professional reasons, I am looking for a new tenant for my flat. The flat is 50m^2, with bathroom, equipped kitchen and a small balcony. My other furniture can also be gladly taken over. This includes: a bed, a sofa, two wardrobes, a desk, all lamps and curtains and a washing machine. The flat is therefore ready to move into immediately. The takeover price is negotiable. The flat is available from 15.09.2022.
Die Wohnung ist vom Bahnhof Pieschen ca. 200m entfernt. Bis zum Trachenberger Platz ist es etwa gleich weit. Von dort fahren diverse öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe zahlreich vorhanden
The flat is approx. 200m from Pieschen station. It is about the same distance to Trachenberger Platz. Various public transport services leave from there. There are numerous shopping facilities nearby.
Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Kellerabteil. Parken kann man meistens ohne Probleme vor dem Haus. Außerdem gäbe es die Möglichkeit einen Parkplatz auf dem Innenhof zu mieten. Für Rückfragen stehe ich jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung. Gerne können wir auch einen Besichtigungstermin ausmachen.
