We are looking for a new tenant for our 2 room apartment. One room is bigger than the other. The apartment is on the 6th floor and there is no elevator (don't mind the extra exercise). The apartment is perfect for a small family / one person. We have used it as a WG for 2 years.
Parts of the apartment are a hall, a bed, a small kitchen, 1 bath with toilet, and a small balcony. Charges for water and heating are included in the monthly rent. Other charges are due to power and internet. The current internet connection can be transferred to the new tenant.
The apartment will be totally empty. So you can decorate it with your furniture.
The tram stop "Otto-Dix-Ring" for tram lines 9 and 13 is in 3 min.
Kaufland is very close to the apartment, in 3 min, Netto in 11 min, and Aldi in 10 min.
University - about 25 min
Hauptbahnhof Nord - about 25 min
Bahnhof Reick - about 16 min by walk
We are willing to sell some furniture (small shelves, chairs) at very cheap price. Preference will be given to people who will buy most furniture and who are willing to rent earliest.
