I am looking for a new tenant for my 51m2 two-room apartment in Dresden-Striesen.
The apartment is on the ground floor and is located away from busy roads in a residential building built in the 1930s.
A large bedroom with a window into the courtyard and the adjoining living room with a loggia (separated only by a brick projection) are always pleasantly cool, especially on hot summer days, due to the east orientation. The large kitchen offers plenty of space to cook and enjoy.
The flat is available from 1st November 2022. The warm rent (incl. heating + hot water) is 523 €. The rent does not include electricity (~35€) and internet costs (~50€). All the furniture in the house, including the kitchen, is available for a negotiable price.
Striesen is generally a quiet area with a pleasant mix of young families and long-established residents.
The flat is centrally located only 5 minutes from the Bergmannstraße tram/bus stop (4,10,63,64). Bus 64 takes an 8-minute ride to Uniklinikum Dresden / CRTD / B Cube. Tram 4 and 10 take you to the city center in about 15 minutes.
You can park on the adjacent streets.
There are in the immediate vicinity all conceivable supermarkets (Lidl, Nahkauf, Kaufland), several bakeries, Agra Indian restaurant, McFit, and Domino's Pizza.
The location is ideal because you are away from any street noise and still only a few minutes to the trendy clubs need.
The biggest plus is the nearby Große Garten and Blaues Wunder, which are perfect for cycling, skating, chilling, and barbecuing.
The flat is owned by TAG Wohnen agency. The contract will be made with them directly. The cold rent and deposit might remain the same or are subject to change depending on the new agreement. Income / Salary proof is required for making the contract.
I want to leave the fitted kitchen to the next tenant if they take over the apartment in its current condition. The flat is not freshly painted, but all the walls are white. The rental agency did not require fresh wall paint in its current state. I'm happy to leave the dishwasher (Bosch Silence Plus 3.5 years old) and the refrigerator (Gorenje 4 years old), Microwave, two study tables, one Topstar office swivel chair, three cupboards, one IKEA Kellax shelf, Dibapur Q XXL - 9 zones orthopedic cold foam mattress (140x200) x approx. 23.5 cm core and other small furniture for a price of 950 €
