We offer our cozy 2-room apartment in the Dresden Striesen for interim rent for December 1 until the end of January (This means that the apartment can be rented only in the months of December and January).

Lage: Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Pohlandplatz. Sie ist sehr gut angebunden, nur wenige Meter entfernt sind: Straßenbahn 10 (zum Hauptbahnhof und Gewerbegebiet Prager Straße), Straßenbahn 4 (zum Altmarkt, Altstadt), Bus 61 (zum TÜ Dresden). Supermärkte (Konsum, Aldi, Lidl, Kaupfland, Edeka) und Naturkostläden sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig, sicher und grün, die Elbe und der Große Garten sind ganz in der Nähe (20 min zu Fuß).

Is very well connected, a few meters away are: tram 10 (to Hauptbahnhof and Prager Straße commercial zone), tram 4 (to Altmarkt, Altstadt), bus 61 (to TÜ Dresden). Supermarkets (Konsum, Aldi, Lidl, Kaupfland, Edeka) and organic food stores are within walking distance. The neighborhood is very calm, safe and green, the Elbe river and Großegarten park are very close (20 min by foot).

Küche: EBK mit 4 Induktionskochfeldern, mit Geschirr und Werkzeug usw.
Bad: Toilette, Duschkabine
Waschraum: Waschmaschine.
Es gibt einen Aufzug.
Internet: Telekom, Glasfaserkabel, 100Mb/s.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell (mit Ausnahme des Badezimmers). Hof und Garten, Grill und Sitzecke können mitbenutzt werden. Es gibt eine Waschraum im Untergeschoss.

The flat is very luminous (except for the bathroom). The courtyard and garden, barbecue and sitting area can be shared. There laundry room in the underground floor.
