Im Mietpreis enthalten sind alle Nebenkosten und sonstigen Kosten, sowie die uneingeschränkte Internetnutzung mit WLAN.

Apartment is completely furnished and is located at Nürnberger Platz, directly at TU and near to Hauptbahnhof. Exact duration of rental period is negotiable also. Apartment is ideal for singles, couple, students and guest researchers.
In rental price all costs are included. Internet connection is also included in it.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in verkehrsgünstiger Lage zu TU, Hauptbahnhof und Slub.
Aldi, Lidl und Rewe, Apotheke, Studenten Mensa, cafes sind in der Nähe. Hauptbahnhof 10 Minuten und Slub 7 minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Mit dem Tram Nr.3 und 8 erreichen Sie in etwa 3 Minuten Hauptbahnhof, 5 Minuten die Prager Straße. Mit dem Bus Nr. 61 können Sie direkt zum Löbtau und TU. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus entfernt.

Pharmacy and doctor are in the same building. Student Mensa is opposite to building. Stop of tram number 3 and 8 and bus 61 are right in front of house. With tram 3 and 8 Hauptbahnhof can be reached in 3 minutes and Prager Street in 5 minutes while with bus 61 Löbtau and TU can be reached within few minutes.
