Ich habe die Wohnung Ende 2021 nach Sanierung bezogen und suche eine/n Untermieter/-in für die Wohnung.
Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock, den man mit einem Fahrstuhl bequem erreichen kann, ist sehr hell und komplett möbliert.
Großen Wert lege ich auf Sauberkeit und Sorgfalt beim Umgang mit meinen Möbeln, schließlich ist die Wohnung frisch saniert, meine Möbel alle neu und ich möchte danach in der Wohnung weiterhin leben. Demzufolge nehme ich meine Wohnung wieder so entgegen, wie ich sie dir überlasse.

117,50€ Nebenkosten + 50€ für Möbel
39,99€ Internet (kein Fernsehen enthalten, Fernseher ist allerdings internetfähig für Netflix usw.)

I moved into this apartment at the end of 2021 after it has been refurbished and am now looking for a subtenant. The apartment consists of one big living room/bedroom with a modern kitchen, a small entryway and the bathroom. The apartment is completely furnished and bright. Elevator available.
I'm extremely keen on tidiness and diligence when it comes to my furniture and the apartment itself. Therefore, I expect my apartment to not look any differently when you hand me over the keys at the end of February.
