Untermiete im schönen Bilk April/Mai 23 (temporary sublease)

Da mein Freund und ich für zwei Monate Reisen gehen, steht in dieser Zeit unsere gemütliche und Große Wohnung in Bilk frei. Bilk ist ein schönes und belebtes Viertel, wobei unsere Straße sehr ruhig und das Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus gelegen ist. Da wir gerade erst alles liebevoll eingerichtet haben, suchen wir einen zuverlässigen Untermieter für diese Zeit. Das Wohnzimmer liegt nach vorne raus und ist sehr hell. Hier findest du eine gemütliche Couch und eine Leseecke.
Da es sich nur um eine kurze Untermiete handelt, würden unsere Habseligkeiten in der Wohnung verbleiben, natürlich räumen wir dir genügend Platz für deine/eure Sachen frei.

Since my boyfriend and I are going traveling for two months, our cozy and large apartment in Bilk is available during this time. Bilk is a nice and lively neighborhood, although our street is very quiet and the bedroom is located to the back out. Since we have just furnished everything lovingly, we are looking for a reliable subtenant for this time. The living room is located to the front out and is very bright. Here you will find a comfortable couch and a reading corner.
Since it is only a short sublease, our belongings would remain in the apartment, of course we clear you enough space for your/your things.
