A room will be available from 01.08.2018 in the Derendorf location.
The room comes with its own fantastic bathroom (great shower) and furniture. It has its own cable outlets, internet landline (for 50mb internet) or you can use the Wifi router connections. Lastly you will have a small phone room to which people can contact you via the front door (with video image to see who is there).

The large kitchen is shared by the tenants on the floor and has everything you need including oven, microwave, blender, kitchen utensils, dishwashers 2 big fridge and 2 freezers. You also have a big dining table to host multiple people and a 55 inch Sony HD TV (with cable provided). A big balcony is also present with kitchen for some nice relaxing and barbecuing. Further on the ground floor you can use the 3 washing machines and 2 dryers provided for the building (from Miele).

Right across the street is Kaufland, DM, Toys R Us, Apotheke, Carnival costume shop, Pizza restaurant, small cafe, a thai take away restaurant. Lots of other shops in the nearby area as well.
The bus 834 / tram 704 stop are only 1-2 min by foot.
Derendorf S-Bahn station is only 7 min by foot.
The Hochschule Dusseldorf University is also only 5 min by foot.
