The apartment is located on a quiet side street. The U73 tram stop (towards Universität and Gerresheim S) can be reached in 2 minutes by foot, the Gerresheim S-Bahn station in 15 minutes by foot or 5 minutes by bike.
Benderstrasse with many shops for everyday needs is also within walking distance.
Wir verreisen und suchen ab 01.01.2024 Zwischenmieter:innen für unsere schöne Wohnung, für einen voraussichtlichen Zeitraum von einem bis eineinhalb Jahren also bis Anfang oder Mitte 2025. Vorzugsweise suchen wir Personen, die die Wohnung für den gesamten Zeitraum übernehmen möchten. Kürzere Zeiträume sind möglich.
Wir vermieten ausschließlich an Nichtraucher:innen. Da es sich lediglich um eine Zwischen/Untermiete handelt, gibt es keine Möglichkeit sich an dieser Adresse anzumelden.

We are traveling and are looking for temporary tenants for our beautiful apartment from January 1st, 2024, for an expected period of one to one and a half years, i.e. until the beginning or middle of 2025. We are preferably looking for people who would like to take over the apartment for the entire period. Shorter periods are possible.
We rent exclusively to non-smokers. Since it is only a sublease, there is no possibility to register at this address.
