Die Lage ist unschlagbar: Direkt im selben Gebäude über Dieterich Karee, wo es Edeka/Aldi/DM/Deutsche Post/Bäckerei u.a. gibt. Im Winter muss nicht mal das Haus verlassen werden, um Brötchen zu holen, oder zum Einkaufen. Die Venloer Einkaufstrasse ist in 2min zu Fuss erreichbar, sowie diverse Bus und Bahn und U-Bahn Haltestellen. Nordstraße ist auch direkt ums Eck. Viele Restaurants, Dönerläden und und und, alles vor der Haustür. Tiefgaragenstellplatz kann für 150€ ca. dazugemietet werden.
Es kommen folgende mtl. Kosten noch hinzu:
- Strom: ca. 30-40€/ Monat

The Venlo shopping street is a 2-minute walk away, as are various bus, train and subway stops. Nordstrasse is also just around the corner. Lots of restaurants, kebab shops and so on, all on your doorstep. Underground parking space can be rented for around €150.
The following monthly costs apply:
- Electricity: around €30-40/month
