Hello all,
we are looking for some tenant for our top floor flat. It has 72 square meters and consists of three bedrooms, a large living room, an open kitchen and a bathroom.
Our house is surrounded by a large garden, that can happily be co-gardened. After our children left for their own studies, we learned, that finding living accommodations not as easy as it seems. Especially at the start of a term. So, we’d be happy to take in internationals, fresh(wo-)men or others, who have a hard time finding somewhere to life before the winter term starts.
Even though we will have separated floors, we will be living together. Thus, it’s important to us, to get along well.

Plüderhausen lies between two larger cities: Stuttgart, Schwäbisch Gmünd and Aalen. Both can be reached by train from our local train station. From our house, it'll take you approx. 10 minutes to walk to the station. Via bike it is about 5 minutes. There's also a busstop in walking distance (about 3 minutes).
We have an interesting lake and also kilometers for hiking and biking (Flow Trails)
We'd also be fine with short term tenants.
