Die Wohnung passt ideal für Studenten oder Berufstätigen ohne Familie. Für eine Person ist genug groß, hat einen Balkon. Die Wohnung ist möbliert, hat Schränke, ein Bett, 2 Tische und 3 Stühle. Das Bad mit einer Dusche ist auch vorhanden. Die kleine Küchenzeile und einen Kühlschrank stehen zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist warm und auch gut Lärmisoliert.
Die Wohnung ist für Studenten ideal gelegen: 7-10 min zu Fuß bis Uni-Campus. Mit dem Fahrrad natürlich geht es schneller. Die nächste Haltestelle ist gleich an der Straße. Die Wohnung liegt in 100 Meter von dem Altmühl, wo man gut spazieren gehen kann. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind über die Brücke an Altmühl erreichbar: Edeka-Center, Bäcker um die Ecke, Aldi und Rewe ca. 15-20 Min zu Fuß. Zum Hallenbad ist 5 Min zu Fuß. Trotz den guten Verbindungen ist die Lage auch sehr ruhig.
