Ich suche für meine 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung in Elsfleth einen Zwischenmieter für die Zeit von 07/16-02/17. Neben dem geräumigen Wohnzimmer ist im Dachgeschoss ein weiteres kleines Zimmer, dass jedoch nicht komplett Stehhöhe hat, deswegen ist es ideal als Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung ist mit drei großen Fenstern hell, ihr habt ab Mittag bis Abends Sonne. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Internet und Telefon sind ebenfalls vorhanden und können für die Zeit gerne übernommen werden. Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Backofen und Mikrowelle ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral; zum Bahnhof sowie zur Seefahrtsschule sind es je nur 500m. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (LIDL, Rewe, Aldi, Edeka) sind ebenfalls nur 5min Fußweg entfernt.
