Hallo wir suchen noch einen Nachmieter zum 1.12. für unsere helle und zentral gelegene 2 Raum Wohnung. Alle Zimmer gehen vom Flur aus weg und sie ist somit perfekt für eine WG geeignet. Die Dusche im Bad wird zur Zeit komplett renoviert. Die Küche, Badmöbel und der Kleiderschrank können übernommen werden. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein schöner Balkon, auf dem der ganze Tag die Sonne scheint und ein Kellerabteil.
Die Lage ist super zentral, da man zu Fuß in 12 Minuten auf dem Anger steht. Einkaufmöglichkeiten wie Penny, Norma, Netto, ein Späti und eine Apotheke liegen direkt um die Ecke (3 Minuten Fußweg). Auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind leicht zu erreichen.
